PETER A. KRAUSE handles legal matters in the areas of real estate, business transactions, probate and trust administration, and estate planning. Mr. Krause earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Yale Law School and his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Yale University. Following his military service, Mr. Krause has been practicing law for over forty years. He began his career as a tax attorney in Boston. Mr. Krause is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and has received an A.V. rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest mark on their grading scale for lawyers nationwide. He has written or co-authored articles in the tax area. Mr. Krause is a member of Attorneys Title Fund Services. He resides in Plantation with his wife Gail, a retired reading coach. They have three dogs, multiple tropical fish, three grown children and two grandchildren.
